Tolulope Falola. Renewable Energy & Technologies Specialist.
Tolulope (Tolu) is an accomplished Techno-commercial business executive with almost two decades of experience in the field of renewable energy solutions.
Tolu is a certified Management Consultant and a fellow of the IMC (International Institute of Management Consultants – Nigerian Chapter). She has an MBA in International Oil & Gas from the University of Dundee, Scotland and is a certified Energy Manager, Solar Energy Expert, Six Sigma Green Belt Professional and holds a First Degree in Microbiology. She is also certified by the Renewable Energy Institute of UK and Germany (GIZ), she is committed to delivering global initiatives for sustainable energy supply and low carbon energy production.
Her impressive career has included a Managing Director role in which she was responsible for managing energy projects in nine countries. She served as Regional Business Development Manager for Sterling & Wilson Hybrid/Renewables & Energy Storage as well as Oil & Gas Segment Leader for West Africa at Schneider Electric, who are now a principle working partner for TESLA. She was also the Business Development Manager for Sahara Energy Resources.
As Managing Partner of ‘Digiscape’, her aim in partnering with Bricks ‘N’ Mortar and The OEH Group is to consult, develop and provide state of the art, environmentally impactive renewable energy solutions as part of our ‘smart home’ and ‘smart city’ projects at the point of build, on real estate developments across the globe.
Tolu is a champion of the 0% Carbon and Low Emission global initiatives. Her vision is to connect customers to smart and alternative power solutions, whilst harnessing the strength and potential of smart technology and energy.
David Amodu. Director of Operations & Regeneration.
David has been in Housing Development and Regeneration since 2000 and has operated as Director of Urban Regeneration and Development with Bricks ‘N’ Mortar since 2006, along with Aquarea Development Company (ADC). He takes an active role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the business alongside the other members of the group board.
David was part of the moderation team responsible for establishing regeneration of the Olympic Village in 2012 collaboratively with five local authorities. He continues to manage this part of the business, together within UK practice’s design management, resource planning and strategy implementation.
His expertise in the master planning of major complex mixed-use developments has been a key driver in the regeneration of many towns and city centers, both in the UK and internationally.
David strongly believes that both Section 106 and Community Involvement are vital to the effective execution of regeneration and development projects. Such initiatives are close to his heart, and are always reflected in his work.
David is conscious of the fact that the developments we build today help to create the social and economic foundations of tomorrow, and he embraces the responsibility that his role has in influencing the quality of people’s lives. He is regularly invited to speak at industry conferences and often prepares papers which promote the benefits of mixed-use developments as a sustainable model for the long term growth and development of towns and communities.

Confident analytical skills and ability to use business data to inform and improve services at a very short notice with a proven track record of excellent influencing and negotiation skills at all levels. Having worked in a diverse organisation, the working experiences has given me a strong foundation to my analytical skills since it involves managing, dealing and analysing of people using various sampling techniques.
She acquired insight knowledge in legal concepts from Babalakin & Co – Owners of the Resort International Group and BiCourtney Aviation Services Limited responsible for all services and business support outside Legal services.

In 2010, his reputation for excellence within the industry saw Tessy to be appointed as Chief Architect, Head of Planning and Design, and Vice General Manager for the Lekki Free Zone Development Company. Tessy has served Legos State Government as a member of the committee responsible for the Lekki Subregion Master Plan, and he personally presented the first master plan for the Lekki Free Trade Zone in Nigeria.
